RESOLUTION NO. 2001-346
RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY-STATE AGREEMENT WITH
THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City-State Agreement dated July 2, 2001 for STP-
Enhancement funds in the amount of $317, 676. 00, with City match of
$136, 147 . 00, in conjunction with Cedar River Trail (Phase I) from
Vinton Street to East 4th Street, STP-ES-8155 (653) -81-07, Contract
No. 640, by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 2001 .
