RESOLUTION NO. 2001-348
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH FAMILY
SERVICE LEAGUE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 2, 2001 to provide City' s Employee
Assistance Program (EAP) at a fee for service, by and between
Family Service League of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 2001 .
