RESOLUTION NO. 2001-354
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION WITH THE
U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application dated July 9, 2001 for F.Y. 2001 Local Law
Enforcement Block Grant funds in the amount of $112, 437 . 00, by and
between the U.S. Department of Justice, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of July, 2001 .
