trl t-; LEGION TO HOLD PARADE ON JULY 21, 2001 .

.D 0% WHEREAS, the American Legion has made written application to
-1 H the City Council asking that they be authorized and permitted to
c hold a Parade on July 21, 2001, and

n' WHEREAS, the parade will begin at West Park Avenue and
+Commercial Street, Commercial to Mulberry Streets, Mulberry to
:!East 5th Streets, East 5th to Commercial Streets and Commercial
Street to West Park Avenue on July 21, 2001, from 6: 00 p.m. to
7 : 00 p.m. in conjunction with the American Legion State
Convention.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that permission is hereby granted to the
American Legion to hold a Parade on July 21, 2001 beginning at
West Park Avenue and Commercial Street, Commercial to Mulberry
Streets, Mulberry to East 5th Streets, East 5th to Commercial
Streets and Commercial Street to West Park Avenue on July 21,
2001, from 6: 00 p.m. to 7 : 00 p.m. in conjunction with the
American Legion State Convention.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 2001 .
