that the F.Y. 2002 Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant

JuA1BG) in the amount of $22, 029. 00 from the Criminal and Juvenile
stice Planning and Statistical Analysis Center dated, July 16,
2001, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 2001 .
