that the 28E Agreement dated July 16, 2001 for Poweshiek County to
w become a member of Northeast Iowa Resionse Group to provide
rx hazardous emergency support personnel and equipment, by and between
H Poweshiek County, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
pis hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
+- behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
