RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
E-+ AGREEMENT WITH EARTH TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING
x EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

0 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
H .al the Professional Services Agreement dated July 16, 2001, in
amount of $295, 000. 00, with 20 percent local match of
,5$59, 000. 00, in conjunction with 18th Street Bridge Replacement
Project, BRM-8155 (6501) -8N-07, Contract No. 622, by and between
Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 2001 .
