. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CA WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF LYLE
CDC 0 TAYLOR, ALL IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK

z' ti c) WHEREAS, on this 16th day of July, 2001, at a regular
Oeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
tr c) th18 Final Plat of Lyle Taylor, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
H H E6wa, was presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted
to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning,
Programming and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should
receive approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Lyle
Taylor, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to
certify and affix their signatures to said resolution.
