IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
fthdL the request of Rolling Thunder® Inc, Iowa Chapter #1 to hold a
`,helium balloon ceremony in conjunction with National Prisoner of
War-Missing in Action recognition day at Soldiers and Sailors Park
on September 21, 2001 at 6:30 and to barricade Cedar Street between
West 4th and 5th Streets, be and the same is hereby approved.
