0 E -- WHEREAS, Neighbors Helping Neighbors is having live music
1 cplaying in Leavitt Triangle Park in conjunction with National Night

WHEREAS, said live music will exceed the limits of the Noise
`:ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
Kz _ WHEREAS, said Neighbors Helping Neighbors has made formal
°application for a variance effective August 7, 2001 from 6: 00 p.m.
to 9: 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Neighbors Helping Neighbors for
a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, to have live
music playing in Leavitt Triangle Park in conjunction with National
Night Out on August 7, 2001 from 6: 00 p.m. to 9: 00 p.m. , be and the
same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2001 .
