EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
a C,) - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
`r"that the 28E Agreement dated July 23, 2001, for unannounced
V4nvestigations in retail establishments that sell tobacco to
7-'d:etermine compliance regarding sale of tobacco to minors, by and
between Iowa Alcoholic Beverage Division, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
: to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2001 .
