,., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

'=ithat the Agreement dated July 23, 2001, for development of Children' s Garden and access road and parking area, by and between
the Cedar Valley Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, and the City of
W`-;tbrloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
,authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2001 .
