m BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
E�IOWA, that the Agreement to establish a HOME Consortium for
olising and Urban Development Home Investment Partnerships
xprogram for the period beginning July 1, 2002 and ending June
F:30, ': 2005, with automatic three year renewals, by and between the
City of Waterloo and the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2001 .
