REPAIR PROGRAM-ZONE CONTRACT NO. 632 .

a p1WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Q Engineer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
1jcontract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
cDconstruction of the F.Y. 2001 Sidewalk Block Grant Repair Program-
Zone ; ;1, Contract No. 632, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
speified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans, specifications,
form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2001 .
