I--4 z RESOLUTION NO. 2001-392 XONao N • RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS, C) Fl wSPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED 0 - COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2001 Cr (Y) 0 El ' SIDEWALK BLOCK GRANT REPAIR PROGRAM-ZONE 1, CONTRACT NO. 632 . j F n1HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, cheret.ofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare t"proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the r' F.Y. 2001 Sidewalk Block Grant Repair Program-Zone 1, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 632, and ° °=WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans, 4p ecifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2001 Sidewalk B ock Grant Repair Program-Zone 1, known as Contract No. 632, which were preliminarily approved on July 23, 2001, and WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 6, 2001, and no objections were made. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2001 Sidewalk Block Grant Repair Program-Zone 1, known as Contract No. 632, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
