G s PATRICIA DAVIS FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
c' H rxi WHEREAS, Steve and Patricia Davis, 300 Sheridan Road, are

I 01.1g74ng live music playing at a wedding reception in their yard, and
(.° WHEREAS, said live music will exceed the limits of the Noise
gdcnance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Steve and Patricia Davis have made formal
application for a variance effective August 25, 2001 from 7: 00 p.m.
to 11 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Steve and Patricia Davis, 300
Sheridan Road, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise
Ordinance, in conjunction with live music playing at a wedding
reception in their yard on August 25, 2001 from 7 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00
p.m. be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 2001 .
