Q tT] C) WHEREAS, Reverend Daniel Phillips is requesting that the w 0Christian Fellowship Faith Steppers practice under the Highway 218 • r'U_iaduct in preparation of upcoming parades and competitions, and - WHEREAS, said practice will exceed the limits of the Noise rt;JOrdinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and ti-i WHEREAS, said Reverend Daniel Phillips has made formal application for a variance effective July 30-September 30, 2001 from 5: 30 p.m. to 9: 00 p.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Reverend Daniel Phillips, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, in conjunction with the Christian Fellowship Faith Steppers practicing under the Highway 218 Viaduct in preparation of upcoming parades and competitions effective from July 30-September 30, 2001 from 5: 30 p.m. to 9: 00 p.m. be and the same hereby granted.
