O H ; a s RESOLUTION NO. 2001-399 0 �� tr RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF GROUT MUSEUM tzl 0 FOR A VARIANCE TO THE WATERLOO CODE OF (A RI [ ORDINANCES PROHIBITING USE OF ALCOHOLIC cc) © � H} CD CT) H H BEVERAGES IN CITY PARKS. w ~'El X "Tl WHEREAS, the Grout Museum is having a donor appreciation ece ion and kick-off of "Old House Fair" at Washington Park, and CJ � Q M ri 'WHEREAS, said Grout Museum would like to serve beer and wine Ng -guests at said reception, and WHEREAS, said Grout Museum has made formal request to a variance to the Waterloo Code of Ordinances which prohibits use of alcoholic beverages in city parks on August 24, 2001, from 5: 00 p.m. to 7 : 00 p.m. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of the Grout Museum for a variance to the Waterloo Code of Ordinances prohibiting use of alcoholic beverages in city parks in conjunction with serving beer and wine to guests at a donor appreciation reception and kick-off of "Old House Fair" at Washington Park on August 24, 2001 from 5: 00 to 7 : 00 p.m. be and the same hereby granted.
