p MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT PROGRAM (SEMAP)
5-4 C CERTIFICATION FOR SECTION 8 HOUSING PROGRAMS.

WHEREAS, the Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP)
o tification for fiscal year ending 6-30-01 for Section 8
1g644sing Programs, has been presented to and reviewed by the

WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that as of the submission
r ate, the Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP)
S Certification indicators are true and accurate for fiscal year
ending 6-30-01, and
WHEREAS, the Waterloo City Council further certifies that,
to their present knowledge, there is no evidence to indicate
seriously deficient performance that casts doubts on the SEMAP' s
capacity to preserve and protect its public housing developments
and operate them in accordance with federal law and regulations .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Section 8 Management
Assessment Program (SEMAP) Certification for fiscal year ending
6-30-01 for the Section 8 Housing Programs, as presented to the
Waterloo City Council, be approved, adopted and submitted to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development for review and
scoring.
