RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
O AGREEMENT WITH EARTH TECH, INC. AND DIRECTING
0 m m EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
W - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
*that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 6, 2001, in
°the_ amount of $51, 000. 00 for design related services in conjunction
with F.Y. 2002 Hanna Boulevard/Rainbow Drive Box Culvert-Phase II
hand Rainbow Drive Box Culvert-Castle Hill Watershed, Contract No.
c'339: by and between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
Z.City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
~=;Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 2001 .
