Ca DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
`may F`that the Agreement dated August 6, 2001, for Brownfield
Redevelopment Financial Assistance funds in the amount of
E-• $69 , 750. 00 to be used to acquire properties generally located on
Sycamore, East 6th and 8th Streets and along the Cedar River, by and
1 tween the Iowa Department of Economic Development (IDED) , and the
; C`it of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
'-*Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
