" `'BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

o that ''the application and permit dated August 6, 2001, to sponsor
s'higtiway planting in conjunction with Highway 218 embankment between
Washington Street and Southbound Highway 218, with funding from the
.,University of Northern Iowa roadside program, by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 2001 .
