That the agreement dated August 26, 2001 for Survey-Grade GPS
y6 em in the amount of $50, 790. 60, by and between Aerial Services
oof Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute said
agreement with Aerial Services .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 2001 .
