Sqction 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shallmeet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. , on the 27th day of August, 2001, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the recommendation from
Advisory Committee for allocation of grant in the amount of
$112, 437 . 00 from the U.S. Department of Justice for F.Y. 2001
Local Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) , with a required local
match of $12, 493. 00.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 2001 .
