(WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
injne Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 4th day of September, 2001, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Scott
Buchan to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District
to "R-2,C-Z" Conditional One and Two Family Residence District a
parcel of land generally located at 903 Wisconsin Street to allow
for an automotive audio and accessory installation operation
legally described as follows:
Rolling Acres, South 67 .25 feet of the North 72 .25 feet
of Block 7, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
