L." WHEREAS, ClT4• Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet

tin the Council thambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 4th day of September, 2001, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Short' s
Travel to rezone from "R-3" Residence District to "R-4" Multiple
Residence District property generally located at the southwest
corner of Dixon Drive and Russell Road to allow for a stand-alone
parking lot, legally described as follows:
The North 89 feet of Lot 33, Dixon Place First
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 2001 .
