C) �+ t� 'a C; E-+ T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, �D CMS: tr. XCion 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall me-et at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 4t'' day of September, 2001, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a 20' x 57' portion of alley generally located behind property at 915 West 4th Street, and legally described as follows: That part of the 20 foot wide alley as platted in Block 1 of Johnson' s Addition that lies Northwesterly of a line drawn from the Southeasterly corner of Lot 14 Block 1 of said addition to the Southwesterly corner of Lot 13 Block 1 said addition, and Southeasterly of a line drawn from the Northeasterly corner of Lot 14 Block 1 of said addition to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 13 Block 1 said addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; and also, sell and convey to Nicklos and Leandra Anderson the vacated portion of the 20' x 57' portion of alley generally located behind property at 915 West 4th Street to allow resurfacing of parking area, described as follows, described as follows: That part of the vacated alley in Block 1 of Johnson' s Addition described as Northwesterly of a line drawn from the Southeasterly corner of Lot 14 Block 1 of said addition to the Southwesterly corner of Lot 13 Block 1 said addition, and Southeasterly of a line drawn from the Northeasterly corner of Lot 14 Block 1 of said addition to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 13 Block 1 said addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; for $100. 00, plus costs. Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 2001 .
