BL IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
Sz that the 28E Agreement dated August 13, 2001, in conjunction with
__{the -Consolidated Public Safety Communications Center, by and
between Black Hawk County, cities of Cedar Falls, Evansdale,
Hudson, LaPorte City, Dunkerton and Gilbertville, and the City of
-JWat.erloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 2001 .
