Iowa, or the F.Y. 2001 Sidewalk Block Grant Repair Program-Zone 1,
Contract No. 632, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the '13t' day of August, 2001, together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
Merchants Bonding Co. of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be,
and the same are hereby approved.
