follows:
Beginning at the Easterly corner of Lot 83, Greenbriar
Fifth Addition in the City of Waterloo; thence North
41°00' 00" East, 60. 00 feet; thence South 48°56' 40" East,
60. 00 feet; thence South 41°00' 00" West, 60. 00 feet to
the North corner of Lot 84 of said Greenbriar Fifth
Addition; thence North 48°56' 40" West along the
Northeasterly line of said Greenbriar Fifth Addition,
60. 00 feet to the point of beginning, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
