w LT' WHEREAS, THE Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
at ,Cit.y -Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo for the
.p rpose of considering and acting upon on amendments to Ordinance
No. '2479, Zoning Ordinance, as amended, upon the recommendation of
approval of the City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission to
amend Part III, 2A-3 (47) and (48) and Part V, 2A-7, C-1 and C-2 as
it pertains to the height of fences in front of houses, a copy of
which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 2001 .
