?-tly.4 the Indemnity Agreement dated August 20, 2001, to hold the
city harmless from damages resulting in conjunction with
ctruction of property generally located at 4416 Reflection Lane,
b9 and between Young Development Co. , LC of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
