NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and bond, etc . , for the San Marnan Drive Turn Lane Construction, Grading, Paving and Drainage, STP-U-8155 (651) -70-07, known as Contract No. 624, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
