WHEREAS, West High School has made written application to the
" ty Council asking that they be authorized and permitted to hold
La Homecoming Parade on September 27, 2001, and
WHEREAS, said parade will start at 1 : 30 p.m. , with parade
E' route to start on Baltimore Street parking lot, north on Baltimore
Street, west on Mitchell Avenue, south onto Kimball Avenue, east
onto Ridgeway Avenue to the Baltimore Street parking lot .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of West High School to
hold a Homecoming Parade on September 27, 2001 beginning at 1 : 30
p.m. on, with parade route to start on Baltimore Street parking
lot, north on Baltimore Street, west on Mitchell Avenue, south
onto Kimball Avenue, east onto Ridgeway Avenue to the Baltimore
Street parking lot, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August, 2001 .
