BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
4tlat the Agreement dated August 27, 2001, to lease approximately
t 1,348 acres of farmland at the Waterloo Municipal Airport, by and
' between Nathan Engelkes of Holland, Iowa, and the City of
r_ Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27t'' day of August, 2001 .
