BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated August 27, 2001, in
,,.,, conjunction with Fiber Optic Backbone Network Project, by and
,,:' between Cedar Falls Utilities of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August, 2001 .
