tri• c., WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa; at 5 :30 p.m. on the 17th day of September, 2001,
on the request of Schenk Engineering on behalf of : Equitable Life
Insurance Society of the United States, for the purpose of
considering a Site Plan amendment to the "S-1" Shopping Center
Commercial District for development of a new restaprant generally
located just southwest of Pennys Street and Crossroads Boulevard
intersection, legally described as follows :
Lot No. 1 Crossroads Plat No. 7, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
