BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
E that the Agreement dated September 4, 2001 for traffic safety
funds in the amount of $17, 500 . 00, for overtime for traffic
F
F enforcement, training, related travel, educational materials and
one in car video system, by and between the Iowa Department of
Public Safety, Governor' s Traffic Safety Bureau, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 2001 .
