a X - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
„,, ' that the Agreement dated September 4, 2001, at a cost of $3 , 800 . 00
E'- to prepare an Iowa Department of Economic Development Brownfields
' Redevelopment Program application for a grant in the amount of
L $500, 000 . 00, by and between Howard R. Green of Cedar Rapids, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of ,Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 2001 .
