O 0 SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED

WHEREASCityCity_ the Council of the of Waterloo, Iowa
~'heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
Cto prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
tlfor- the Furgerson-Fields Restroom Project, in the City of
F,Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
Furgerson-Fields Restroom Project, which were preliminarily
approved on August 20, 2001, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September
10, 2001, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Furgerson-Fields Restroom
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this l0t'' day of September, 2001 .
