CBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

m 0 0 LE; That the bid of Borwig Building Services, Inc . , of Waterloo,
'fovea., in the amount of $76, 587 . 53, for the construction of the
C-:F.YJ1 . 2001 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program-Zone 1, Contract No.
633 , described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted
cloy this Council for said project, after public hearing on
Cpublished notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10t'' day of September, 2001 .
