t RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF DARYL AND MERI
tx1 KAY CHASE FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .

E-" WHEREAS, Daryl and Meri Kay Chase, 555 W. Wellington Street,
S 0 are having a live band performing in their backyard, and

WHEREAS, said live band will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Daryl and Meri Kay Chase have made formal
application for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
3094, on September 22 , 2001 from 7 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Daryl and Meri Kay Chase, 555
W. Wellington Street, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise
Ordinance, to allow a band to play in their backyard on September
22, 2001, from 7 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m. , be and the same hereby
granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September, 2001 .
