E- C r WHEREAS, Crossroads Assembly of God, 3205 Bethel, is having
c music playing at an outdoor church service to be held in the
t' parking lot of the church, and

O c: WHEREAS, said music will exceed the limits of the Noise
Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Crossroads Assembly of God has made formal
application for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
3094, on September 15, 2001 from 11 : 00 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Crossroads Assembly of God,
3205 Bethel, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise
Ordinance, to allow music playing at an outdoor church service to
be held in the parking lot of the church, on September 15, 2001,
from 11 : 00 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m. , be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of September, 2001 .
