A <4 ,;..; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
o O -to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
ffor the 2001 Golf Course Restroom/Shelter Project, in the City of
Gvlaerloo, Iowa, and

cv WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
ppreliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
001 Golf Course Restroom/Shelter Project,
preliminarily approved on August 20, 2001, and which were
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September
17, 2001, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the 2001 Golf Course Restroom/Shelter
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 2001 .
