P, c,, Y J BE IT ..RR,8OLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AB-:FOLLOWS : WATERLOO, IOWA, Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5 :30 p.m. on the 1st day of October, 2001, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey to the Black Hawk County Conservation Board two lots acquired as part of the Sherwood Park FEMA Acquisition Project generally located at 2618 and 2628 Cooley Street, and legally described as follows : Log Cabin Park Lot 11 and Lot 12, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; for $1 . 00, plus costs . Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 2001 .
