cD RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE ORDER WITH
O. u, HOWARD R. GREEN COMPANY.
<t BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Order dated September 17, 2001 in the amount of
$10, 000 . 00 to perform Phase 1 environmental site assessments on
two properties located close to the Rath Administration Building
in conjunction with the Economic Development Administration (EDA)
Public Works Grant, by and between Howard R. Green Company of
Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved.
