'i-' L WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of
eJ- Waterloo,; Iowa, approve a site plan amendment to the "S-1"

a ' just southwest of Pennys Street and Crossroads Boulevard
z intersection for development of a new restaurant, legally
described as follow:

Lot No. 1 Crossroads Plat No. 7, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 24 , 2001, at
5 :30 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment,
and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the site plan amendment to the "S-1"
Shopping center Commercial District for Schenk Engineering on
behalf of Equitable Life Insurance, for property generally located
just southwest of Pennys Street and Crossroads Boulevard
intersection for development of a new restaurant, be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 2001, and
approved by the Mayor this 26th day of September, 2001 .
