N EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.

c) 0 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
:that the Application dated September 24, 2001, for National
co 17 Racreational Trails Program funding in the amount of $500 000 . 00
ith city' s match of $80, 000 . 00, in conjunction with resurfacing
75 miles of Sergeant Road Trail from Highway 218 south to Hudson
'c :ty limits, by and between Iowa Department of Transportation,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 2001 .
