Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 15th day of October, 2001, for the
purpose of approving sale and conveyance of property located at
1102 South Street under HUD Section 5 (h) Plan for sale of Single
Family Houses under the Public Housing Homeownership Program,
described as follows :
The Northeasterly One Hundred (100) feet of Lot No.
Eight (8) in Block No. One (1) in "Millers Addition to
Waterloo" , all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
for $60, 000 . 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 2001 .
