'i ' t`' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
a> here-tofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
pLl3posed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F.Y._ 2002 Chicago Great Western Depot Parking Lot, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 642, and

• i WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
tpecifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Chicago
Great Western Depot Parking Lot, known as Contract No. 642, which
were preliminarily approved on September 17, 2001, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
1, 2001, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2002 Chicago Great Western
Depot Parking Lot, known as Contract No. 642, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 2001 .
